I was stopped by police while driving and tested positive for thc on swipe test and blood toxicology. Would it be possible tobget some help going through legal documents as i am not czech and so not know how to navigate the administrative and/or legal paperwork. I should find out tomorrow the results as the police informed me they sent it to cernosice already. Many thanks

I assume that the matter will be handled as an administrative offense. You can find more detailed information on our website here: https://www.pravniporadna.org/pravni-informace/rizeni-pod-vlivem/. The information is available only in Czech, but I recommend using a translation tool. The key factor will be the detected amount of THC.
